Rhubarb Sour — Manning Canning Kitchen


1.5 oz Dillon’s Gin1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice1/2 oz Ontario Rhubarb & Vanilla ShrubSoda waterGarnish with lemon sliceCombine gin, lemon juice and shrub to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Combine ingredients and shake until chilled. Strain over tall glass of your choice. Add soda water and garnish. Serve.
