Simple recipes I can whip up that are a bit more exciting than a ham or cheese sandwich.I saw a similar recipe on Instagram and wanted to try my own version and wow… so glad I did because it was delicious!Start by spreading passata on a slice of cheese and then top with grated cheddar cheese and oregano.Place the other slice of bread on top and repeat with the passata, grated cheese and oregano.Cut a mini pepperami into small slices and add these on top.Pop into the airfryer and cook at 180c for 6-7 minutes.If you find that your airfryer tends to send grated cheese flying everywhere then just push it gently into the passata so that sticks a little better.Once cooked, slice in half or into quarter and serve up.I add some fresh fruit and veg to the side. My kids absolutely loved this and I hope yours do too!
